信用证要求如下:
MARERIAL SAFETY DATA SHEET IN 1 COPY
这里需要提供1份正本还是1正+1副给银行比较妥当呢

IN 1 COPY 这里的COPY是份数的意思，根据国际惯例，除非特别说明，单据必须至少提交1份正本，那么你需提交该单据的1份正本。
参考以下国际惯例：
UCP600.17.a
At least one original of each document stipulated in the credit must be presented.
信用证中规定的各种单据必须至少提供一份正本。
1 COPY OF XX, 这里的COPY才是副本的意思 ，可以提交1份副本，也可以提交正本， 因为正本可以代替副本。
UCP600.17.d
If a credit requires presentation of copies of documents, presentation of either originals or copies is permitted.
如果信用证要求提交副本单据，则提交正本单据或副本单据均可。
