尼日利亚出口求助
我有一个尼日利亚的客户，他说因为CBN的政策，交易方式只能是D/P，不能TT或者L/C。请问这能信任吗，这个客户是没有合作过的，样品也没拿，只是询价了就说可以的。

没有听说过着CBN政策，没有合作过的客户没有拿样品直接下大货，我觉得不能信任，没收到钱，货出了，你就处在被动的位置了。
是的，我还特意网上查，觉得风险太大了，听说这个国家骗子多，好怕货财两失
你看看我重新发的评论，是不是因为他们信用有问题所以不能TT？

you our business license, we are in a tight corner and could not do
anything outside the CBN policy, i hope you can reason with us and
give us a trial, honestly speaking we will never disappoint your trust
in us.

shipping Document from your Bank our Bank remit the total amount of
your invoice value to your Bank Account by Telegraphic transfer within

目前没有这样的说法，还是可以做T/T和信用证的，不过你要给客户PC证书去购汇，然后才能做T/T和信用证
复制黏贴的东西，一看就是骗子啊。正常的客户问你详细的货物信息没问题，发这么多来和你解释转账怎么样怎么样，除了让你觉得很有道理然后信以为真看不到任何理由。建议问出口尼日利亚的公司
等到他收到货72小时才付钱，你觉得不是骗子是什么。。。这种鬼话，说让你信任他，直接开骂吧。查查那边是什么教，建议教规警告。
如果是有信誉的国家，也要防范，何况是尼日利亚骗子多的国家 ，这个付款条件完全扯蛋。建议楼主三思而后行，否则得不偿失 。
