先解析下这位客户，最开始是9月29号发过来的询盘，后面我回过去，过了一周我又发了一封问候信，今天11月15号7点钟发过来的，邮件当中有说明需要进去 OUR CATALOGUE 下载PDF档文件，需要邮箱和密码登入进去才能看的到，如下：
