Dear Susan
Thank you for the information, this email should have highlighted the error to you and you should have
informed us and Michelle straight away on girls wear ticket been ordered. We do not produce any girls
wear handbags for Laura Ashley.This is a repeat order for the womens wear style BG508 , which you
have placedlabels orders before, I have explained before how important it is to follow the po notes
when ordering the labels, which has not been followed. This issue needs to be resolved asap, this is a
top up order for spring summer 13 and needs to be in stores asap.

Can you explain how this error has happened?

Hi Danielle ,

Allthe information of the ticket and Po for BG508 that I got from you
were sent to Michelle when I ordered the labels.I think you sent me
the ticket and PO after all theinformation of BG508were comfirmed
by you. If it is my mistake, I will undertake the responsiblity. But in fact,
it seems that it is not my error. If I pay for the new labels, it proves that
it is my mistake. Sorry, but we are pleasure to help you place the new
order if necessary. But we will not cover the cost of the new labels.
