Free samples is not actual currently because we don't have channel for wholesale purchasing in China.
Please tell me if you can recommend us companies which can make purchasing in China, delivery to Russia and customs clearance?

Alex 很有可能是没有公司信息，他们不能从中国采购也不能清关，想让你帮忙找个类似中介的公司帮他们采购，运输

应该是你客人资质不够，无法从中国直接进行批发采购，但他们必须要正规的清关手续，所以让你帮忙找一家可以操作的公司来实现
