这两天收到斯里兰卡客户的询盘，说产品需要投标，还发了下面详细资料：
RE: TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY OF 340,000PAIRS OF CANVAS SHOES OLIVE GREEN TO THE SRI LANKA ARMY-2011
The required sizes are not given in the specifications, but normally required Asian sizes are 33-44.( we will confirm you details about sizes)
Ministry of Defence in Sri Lanka has given some tender condition as follows;
Tender is closing on 27th January 2011
10pairs of samples should submit at the tender opening for testing together should submit receipt of paid testing charges of SL Rs 50,000.00.
Also have to submit local test reports from SLSI, so we need 7pairs on or before 7th January to submit for testing in Sri Lanka.
Bidder should submit Bid Bond through local bank of Rs. 4,500,000.00 (4.5ML) at the tender opening on 27th January 2011. Validity of the bid is 210days from 27th January 2011
Offer should valid 180 days from 27th January 2011
IF YOU WON THE TENDER;
Sri Lanka Army is open the LETTER OF CREDIT TO YOUR COMPANY.
Payment terms are: 30% on shipping documents, and balance 70% pay on acceptance by the Sri Lanka Army inspect the goods in Sri Lanka.
Successful bidder should submit Performance Bond through local bank of 10% of the total value. Within 30 days of
Delivery to the Sri Lanka Army warehouse in near Colombo.
Delivery period is within 90 days
Liquidated damage shall be 1% per week, the maximum amount of liquidated damages shall be 10%
