Specifications are: - wire 2.2mm - 2.5mm, plastic covered, finished product 80/85mm, original length before manufacture approx 400mm, quantity required approx 2 million units at least per year ongoing, possibly up to 10 million per year. Initial small order of 100,000 units to ensure correct manufacture. Ongoing contract no problem. Price FOB any port or whatever suits manufacturer. Price per unit needed. Instant order to right manufacturer. Picture shows top of peg with no plastic but all the wire needs to be covered, I have removed the plastic here just to show how the wire is bent to shape. I would consider buying the machinery used to manufacture this product if need be. Colours not important, just whatever is available.
