I don't have their email address, but hopefully, they will contact you directly vai email as soon as your samples and documents are submitted to them. In this respect, you should kindly send the samples as quickly as possible via DHL courier only, addressing to:

Cotonou, Republique Du Benin
Send the Awbill tracking number immediately the samples are despatched. Meanwhile, i will check with the Organization to see the possibility of getting their email address for you so that you can establish communication with them as you requested. However, i will appeal to you to please start making arrangements for your visit because contracts like this are usually signed before payment.
If possible, please send along with your letter of introduction with a kind of gifts items attached to the samples which we will present to the contract award committee members and let them know that you are interested to handle the contract but because of the distance and your business engagements that you will not be able to make it. Then from there, we shall know what to do about it.
