In the processing of the package, Fba delivery agents are in the your country (China ) and they just sent a mail to FBA head office that they are now in the Custom office in China to submit the Tax Clearance Certificate for some hours now, Madam they would had delivered your package to you but the Custom officials here in custom office has gone through Registered files and they get to know that your name is not yet registered in Customs Accrediting Reform [CAR]. However, there was no evidence of tax paid on your behalf to receive any incoming goods outside the country.
The Custom officers explained to our FBA Delivery Agent that there is a new policy by your Government to verify any packages that comes in different countries. According to officials of Custom in every China port, any package entering from any city, must be registered in Customs Accrediting Reform with the receiver name before the Custom can allow it to pass through the border or any other port in Every state, after registration package or goods will get to the receiver destination.
Madam, custom officials have been in the office for some hours still going through your data but was not able to see your details. As a matter of fact, they will not allow FBA agent to deliver the parcel to you now madam.
The parcel must be registered by custom for easy and safe delivery, before it can be dispatched to your delivery destination, the delivery content stated in your name and
address as said the sender.
Due to diplomatic content of your parcel, it will be illegal to ship it to you without the TAX fee been cleared, as it will violate the law governing diplomatic delivery. This means payment for the registration and tax fee must be made before delivery to avoid risk.
This is because of some bad experience we had in the past, FBA service cannot afford to reissued your parcel if anything goes wrong, payment for the registration and tax fee is mandatory in all states and it will cost (15,300RMB) which has to be paid to FBA service to clear your package from China custom. Failure to pay the registration fee will mean refusal of the parcel delivery by our diplomat and the parcel cannot be delivered without the registration fee, it will be illegal and it will be under probation in custom office until custom is cleared.
Madam, if the fees are paid you will get your parcel today because the parcel is already in released but still under probation. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may caused you FBA service never expected this to happen with China Custom.
