最近接到一个号称是美国一个慈善组织的邮件，一年给我240个柜子。
当时接到这个邮件的时候，兴奋的不得了。
客户每封邮件几乎都是回复的很明确，内容也比较多。我报价（CIF价格）出去之后，客户立马同意了我的价格，但是让我做什么测试，要 3950美刀。
邮件我贴给你们看一下。帮我鉴定一下是不是个骗子。
我不想错过一个好客户，但是个骗子我也不想浪费时间了。

The organization has accepted to buy at your Price.

US$3,950.00
2) .Which can be done at the supplier country and send to QUALITY
ASSURANCE AND QUALITY CONTROL Agent person here in United States Of
America for the accreditation of the products name with their agency
which is QUALITY ASSURANCE AND QUALITY CONTROL AGENCY UNITED STATES OF
AMERICA.
The total cost of the Baby Wipe Accreditation sum of US$3,950.00
Be informed that the ORGANIZATION here in United States Of
America is non governmental and non profit orientated organization
with lots of financiers for this projects.It will be the
responsibility of the seller / exporter which is you to borne the
expenses about to get all the governmental requirements for the
successful transaction with the organization.
The Seller or Exporter which is you will pay to the agency in charged
here in United States Of America on the required documentation which
will issue to your company before the shipment of the product to the
organization here in United State Of America.
For your information as the organization instructed also with out the
above requirements to secured first with the United States Of America
authority the organization will not make any payment on the product
supply,it will be through the confirmation of the above requirements
the organization will approve the advance payment of the product
supply and others.
