1.甲乙两方任何一方违反本协议约定的权利义务，守约方有权解除本协议，并有权要求违约方承担损害赔偿等违约责任
2.本合同未尽事宜由甲乙双方另行协商，并签订补充协议。补充协议与本合同不一致的以补充协议为准
3.本协议适用中华人民共和国法律。如双方发生争议，应协商解决。协商不成的，任何一方均可向中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会提起仲裁

3.Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Contract shall be submitted to China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission for arbitration which shall be conducted in accordance with the Commission's arbitration rules in effect at the time of applying for arbitration. The arbitral award is final and binding upon both partied.

This Agreement applies to the laws of the People's Republic of China. If there is a dispute. The Two sides should be resolved through consultation. If Consultation fails, either party can initiate arbitration to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission.
