混装的订单该注意些什么?

虽然大家都喜欢接大订单,但是还是没法避免一些混装的订单,今天来跟大家普及一下混装订单应该要注意些什么:
Large order is desired for each salesman but mixing container is inevitable. Today, I would like to share notice for mixing container:
对于混装的订单,这里说的不是混装型号,主要是指要跟多个供应商的货混在一起才安排出货。
As to an order of mixing container, I don’t mean mix models but mix products from several suppliers.
对于这类型的出货我们到底应该注意些什么呢?
What are the notices of it?
报价的特别注意:注意成本的核算
Notice for quotation: pay attention to cost
报价的时候,了解客户的订货量外还要提前了解客户的出货要求,特别是量少的客户这种情况基本是无法避免的,也就是为什么订货量越少,价格会越贵原因。因为跟其他供应商混装的话,你的出货成本肯定会增多。另外,报价的时候特别要注意成交方式是FOB,还是CIF。
When quoting, not only the quantity but also the shipment requirement should be known especially for those customers with less order quantity which is inevitable. That is the reason why the less quantity is, the higher price will be. Cost will become higher when mixing with other suppliers. Furthermore, please pay attention to the terms of payment like FOB or CIF.

交货期:签下订单就跟客户沟通好
Date of delivery: communicate with customer well after signing the contract
相信大家有做过跟别的供应商混装的厂家都知道,交货期确实也是一个很头疼的问题。
You must know that date of delivery is indeed a big problem if you had such experience.
因为你可以掌握自己工厂的生产进度,但是别的厂家你不能够控制。如果因为其他厂家延迟交货而导致未能准时出货从而导致仓库堵塞也是我们所需要考虑到的问题。
You can only control the production schedule but not others. What we should take into consideration is warehouse blocking due to delay of delivery of other supplier.
所以交货期如果可能的话最好与客户商量好,定在与一起混装的厂家的出货期差不多是最好的方法。
If possible, you’d better have much the same date of delivery as other supplier.

出货时最好把握到主动权:
Gain the initiative when shipment:
为什么说出货时可以把握到主动权会好些呢?
Why do I say so?
因为客户混装为了节省费用也是会计算的满满的,但因为有些供应商的计算问题或者其他问题造成供应商的货装不完也是常有的事。
To save cost, customers must make full use of space in mixed container, hence, the calculation error or other problems sometimes may cause inefficient space.
其实这个问题要想避免的话就是尽早知道客户要混装的供应商有几家,各家的货CBM 是多少。在了解这些的时候最好强调是连同配件的CBM,不然的话计算还是会出现很大的误差。阿连之前就有个客户出现过这样的问题,按照货物的方数计算是完全可以装下所以客户的货。
To avoid it, to get to know the exact suppliers of customers and their CBM which with accessories, otherwise, error still may occur. One of my customer had this problem, in calculations, all products can be shipped.
很悲催的是,由于其中一家供应商他们计算时没有算上配件,并且他们的配件还挺大件的很占地方,硬生生令后一个供应商的货没法装完。
However, accessories of one of his supplier failed to be took into consideration which took large space, so some products couldn’t be shipped.

出货之前一定了解清楚是否每个供应商都能拿一份提单,要是只出一份提单SHIPPER用哪家公司的名字。
Before shipment, you should know whether each supplier can get a B/L, if just one, which supplier’s name should be in the B/L shipper.
这点尤其重要。混装的时候一定一定要知道了解清楚,直接影响到我们的付款方式。
It is quite important. Get to know it clearly in mixing container because it affects our terms of payment directly.
相信大部分公司都是尾款见提单副本是ok的,这个条件是基于提单上面的SHIPPER 是显示自己的公司名字。因为这样才可以证明那批货的持有人是你,客户没有付尾款之前没有我们同意是不能拿到货的,这样是对于我们的一个保障;所以如果客户要求改SHIPPER 的话,一定要客户付清尾款才可以安排出货。
That’s OK for most company to get balance when seeing the copy of B/L, because their name is in the blank of shipper which can demonstrate that you are the owner. Customers cannot get the products without our permission before getting balance, this is a guarantee; if the shipper is required to change, you should ask them to pay the balance and then arrange shipment.
混装的订单虽然复杂,但是上面说的这几点大家都有注意到的话,相信难度也不大了。
Complicated as mixed container is, it is not difficult if you notice the above aspects.
