客户下的订单白纸黑字标明：用UPS到付账号4EA389快递到Artform公司地址。
我们根据他的订单做的PI合同白纸黑字标明价格条款贸易条款是EXW，买家必须承担运费。
The PO indicates that use UPS acct# 4EA389 for shipping to Artform address.
The PI indicates that the price term is EXW, which means the buyer should pay the freight.
但是他们签收了我们的样品却不付运费。UPS账单显示总费用人民币8297.98元。
UPS从去年开始不断联系我们，近期已发律师函，给我们的工作和生活带来极大的影响。
However, they received the sample but refused to pay the freight.
The total cost is RMB 8297.98.
UPS has sent a lawyer letter to us and ordered us to pay the freight as soon as possible.
希望大家注意这个骗子客户，不要再上当受骗！
另外到付需谨慎，一旦遇上骗子客户拒付运费，账单会转给寄件方，落得货财两空！
