做外贸不久，居然碰到国际大骗子，拿出来，大家看看，以后小心。
在网上搜到一个客户发布的求购信息，并且他要的产品tin tray,我们刚好可以做，而且前不久，我刚刚有报过一款Tin Tray给另外一个客人，于是我直接把那个报价发过去了，两天后，我收到客人如下回信：
Hello ,
I thank you for your respond to our inquiry message , I have gone through your mail and website with the member of our end buyer Economic Community of West African States-ECOWAS . and they got interest in your Round Tin Plate Product for 4 years contract order supply to Tema International Sea Port Ghana West Africa..
EOWAS is an organization that takes care of the development , health , security and economy of the sixteen countries of West Africa and there is a project going on in west African states off which your product is urgently needed for 4 years contract supply. I have just guarantee the Contract Awarding Committee of ECOWAS that your company can handle this and they requested that you present your company production capacity and fob price for order approval and quantity recommendation of your Round Tin Plate Product.
I want you to bear in mind that We are only a sourcing Agent in this order supply and as a Government registered Agent We are entitle to 2% commission from the total invoice value , that will be when you must have received the total invoice value in your account.
ECOWAS mode of payment , 70% will be remitted into your account through T/T immediately you sign the contract papers between you and our end buyer and 30% will be paid through LC upon the receipt of the payment .
From the order we receive from our end buyer this morning you are required to prepare and send to us your company Round Tin Plate production capacity , product specification and final fob price to Tema International Sea Port Ghana West Africa as required by our end buyer Economic Community of West African States .
Kindly prepare and send the requested quotations asap .

之前，我看到这个询盘的时候，询盘人是Alisn,但是当我搜到这封邮件的时候，落款变成了Robert,但是邮箱地址没变。声称自己是采购代理，还帮出了西非经济联合组织，但是我有点纳闷的是西非经济联合组织为什么要采购Tin Tray，而且他说的最终买家似乎也不是买家，于是我写了封邮件，询问更多的信息，包括每年的订单量，产品要求，印刷要求...并且还多发了几款我们的Tin Tray,给他挑选

[color=]几天之后（中间过了一个周末）收到骗子的来信，骗子居然要了我们的全部的Tin Tray,而且直接就说要我们和他的客人签订四年的供应合同，但是提到了那个合同叫EOWAS合同，但是没有说合同的基本内容...，奇怪的是发给他的那些产品都没有给他报价，他就说要每款1000万的数量，而且我纳闷他们是用来做什么用的....，于是通过网络搜索，在网上搜到了和这个比较像的骗子信息，都是帮出西非经济组织来的，而且那个地址是一样的，就电话和联系人名字不一样，....

[color=]天天期盼着订单，非常认真的对待每一封邮件和询盘，居然迎来了骗子，还好没有被骗...
