请问谁可以做谁可以做起重吊带，圈吊，圆套的美国产品责任险（A-）。
我司主要生产起重吊带，圈吊，圆套，现在一个美国客户有想从我们这进口，要求有产品责任险，保险公司BEST评级A-。能在美国简单顺利理赔的保险公司
年销售量没谈：现定为100W美元/年。
The vendor shall procure and maintain the following insurance coverage with insurance carriers that have a Best rating of A- or better.
INSURANCE CERTIFICATE MUST BE EXACTLY AS SPECIFIED BELOW OR IT WILL BE RETURNED FOR CORRECTIONS
Form of Coverage Minimum Limits of Liability
General Liability $1,000,000 each occurrence
$2,000,000 general aggregate
$2,000,000 products/completed operation aggregate
• XXX USA, Inc., owners and/or other contractually required parties shall be named as additional insureds on vendor’s liability policy. The additional insured endorsement shall contain a provision that vendor coverage is “primary” and any other coverage carried by Certex USA, Inc. or owner is “excess” and non-contributory as respects to general liability.
• Waiver of Subrogation of behalf of the XXX USA, Inc., owners shall be added for the general liability. Waiver of Subrogation endorsement form shall be provided and so noted on certificate.
• Above insurance shall be evidence by a certificate of insurance using the ACCORD form or equivalent.
• Such certificate of insurance shall state that the insurance shall not be cancelled without thirty (30) days prior written notice to the noted address.
