This is regarding our request to send us the material RESIN (VALOX-DR-48-1001) together with our raw materials for motor on your next schedule of shipment hopefully this September 2019.
Our Philippines government has been very strict with regards to importation of materials declared as plastic resin through sea shipment or containerized shipment where other importer has been previously apprehended because declared plastic resin is actually one of illegal drugs .
Since , Our company address is located under joint controlled rule of Economic Zone/ Philippine Economic Zone Authority and Bureau of Customs, where special import privileges and importation taxes has been granted in its operation , we are bounded on importing only materials that is within our registered business activity.
NPTEC Philippines is registered as manufacturer of electric motors & electric parts & equipment and automation control equipment and importation of plastic resin should only be for companies where registered activity is plastic injected product and or fabrication of plastic molds .
Since, we are not allowed to import this large volume of plastic resin, we have coordinated with our Broker Hankyu Hanshin Express and was advised that our shipper (NPH) can send materials under one container but with 2 Bill of Lading , 2 Invoice/Packing List and 2 consignee (for example: NPTEC & PTON) .
I am very sorry for the inconvenience but we have to ensure that we do our best of complying with our government rule on importation to avoid delivery delays and apprehensions from PEZA or Bureau of Customs .
