以下是这几天的邮件往来,我是看了觉得是骗子,又不敢完全得罪..实在郁闷啊

Thank you very much for your quick response.We are acually not manufacturers of the machinary and eqipments of the required substation.So the tender should be purchaesed in the name of your company as a bider.The bider, as per term of the tender is requires to submit the bid bond (B.B),and performance guarantee(PG).
If the work is awarded in your company, we will work here as your local agent on a simple mergin of commission and will help you in all possile as you find suitable.

1.This is an international tender and in the tender terms and condition (Rules), the bid bond (tender security)@$ 3,75,000.00 of the tender, should be submitted by the manufacturers/tenderer. Though in this tender you will be tenderer and manufacturer and we will your local agent so you should submit the bid bond.
