事情是这样的:
最近朋友介绍了个单子,是国际投标的case。
我仔细看了下,是尼日利亚的投标案,联系的客户是中间人,要拿至少2%的佣金的。
本来也报很大希望,因为尼日利亚那边名声不太好的。
我接下来后当天(周五)跟客户联系了,报了最低价过去,周一客户就回复了,表示对价格很满意,但是要求准备好多文件:
1) Certificate of Incorporation or registration of your business name and address in your country together with memorandum and articles of association showing lists of your company directors and number of share that each director has subscribed to.
1:1) Comprehensive company profile showing location / address, website, telephone numbers and e-mail particulars of principal officers or contact persons.
2) Photocopies of Vat Subscriptions Certificates & Evidence of Vat remittances to the state revenue board of your country.
2:1) Company Income Tax clearance certificate for the year 2005, 2006 & 2007 fiscal years respectively.
3) Guarantee Letter of ability to deliver total quantity of 50,000 Arm Chairs on partial shipments within a period of 6 -9 Months maximum delivery period after contract signing and full payment release by T/T.
4) Personal Identification of the President of your company.
有没有大侠知道以上这些文件到底应该怎么做呢?????特别是第2项,好像是纳税良好证明,还有05~07年的公司所得税证明!不知道这些文件到底要怎么做呢?!?
