pls this external tender with the following financial & legal conditions :
- payment by a documentary , confirmed and irrevocable L/C
- Bid Bond 20000 Euro ( Your Chinese Bank has to ask Syrian bank to issue this letter of guarantee , if your bank does not have Syrian bank our company can advice famous Syrian bank ) .this letter of guarantee will return to your bank immed. if you will win the tender and also if you did not won the tender
- after you win the tender your Chinese bank has to ask Syrian bank to issue performance bond 10% of the value of contract
- submitting unit and total prices on basis FOB & CFR
- Bidders engagement period 90 days as from bid deadline ( 3/6/ 2010 )
- partial offers : unaccepted
- we are local partner between manufacturer, supplier companies and Syrian companies and establishments and we have really good connections , ( we help, we do our best for companies to win the
tenders. and we ask companies to add to there proforma invoice our company
margin profit -commission , 10% our company commission ,pls confirm that your prices will contain our company 10% commission)
- your technical offers should contain exactly the same required by Syrian
customers specification , and text should be mentioned in your offer , otherwise offer will not be acceptable by customer ( we need technical offer without any prices ) ,and proforma invoice with prices
- your prices ( unit an total )should be in Euro exclusively ,otherwise offer will be rejected
- your prices ( unit and total prices ) should be in tons for items 1&2 and in KG for item 3
- pls inform if you agree to participate in this tender as bidder to send to you financial @legal conditions
- Delivery period : to be mentioned in your proforma invoice
- country of origin and manufacturer to be mentioned
